About
Meta-Analysis Error Reports compiles forensic reports of errors found in meta-analyses. Errors in meta-analyses can come in many different forms (e.g., data extraction errors, effect size calculation errors, duplication errors, inappropriate meta-analytic models, etc.), these reports will describe any errors in detail so that they are fully reproducible. There will be no accusations made about the intent of the authors, rather, reports will focused on the identification of errors and the impact of those errors. Although they are not considered errors, poor analytic decisions or conflict of interest concerns may also be relevant in reports, especially if they appear to have an impact on the statistical results of the meta-analysis.
This website was created and is maintained by Matthew B. Jané. To submit your own error report, contact me (Matthew B. Jané) at matthewbjane@gmail.com.
